Contact form and email submissions: When you submit the contact form or email [email protected], Hammond Legal collects your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the content of your message. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and assess whether representation may be appropriate.
Scheduling (Cal.com): When you schedule a consultation through cal.com/emilee-hammond-legal, Cal.com collects scheduling information subject to Cal.com's own privacy policy. Hammond Legal receives the appointment details you provide.
Jared chat assistant (when active): When the Jared intake assistant is active, conversations may be stored for a limited period to support follow-up and conflict checking. Conversation transcripts are retained for 30 days and then deleted unless flagged for follow-up. PII is handled in accordance with this policy. Conversations with Jared are not attorney-client privileged communications.
Analytics: This website uses privacy-focused analytics that do not set cookies, do not track individuals across sites, and do not collect personally identifiable information. No consent banner is required.
Cookies: This website does not set tracking cookies.
How Information Is Used
Information collected through this website is used to: respond to inquiries, run conflict checks, schedule consultations, and assess whether representation is appropriate. Hammond Legal does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
- Cloudflare — website hosting and security. Subject to Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Cal.com — appointment scheduling. Subject to Cal.com's privacy policy.
- Anthropic — AI infrastructure powering the Jared chat assistant when active. Conversations are processed via the Anthropic API. Anthropic's API terms confirm that API inputs are not used for model training by default.
- Google Fonts — typography. Google may collect limited usage data per Google's privacy policy.
Data Retention
Contact form submissions and consultation records are retained for the period reasonably necessary to manage the matter and comply with professional responsibility obligations. Jared chat transcripts are deleted after 30 days unless flagged. You may request deletion of your personal information by contacting [email protected].
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information Hammond Legal holds about you by contacting [email protected]. Hammond Legal will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
Hammond Legal uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. Transmission of information over the internet is never fully secure; use this website at your own risk.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13. Hammond Legal does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
